[Fix Needs Testing 70106] Crafting Skills Capped in Verdantis Shardfall

    4. Details: As per title, I'll note the capped skill no longer displays the skill in parenthesis since the above thread, however comparing the skills in and out of the scene clearly shows they're still capped.

    I hooked an Odd Container (Flotsam) whilst fishing in Verdantis Shardfall and it yielded seven tiny squid after a few (6 or 7) casts I was down to two remaining, my bait recovery is 150 so shouldn't run out that fast even with SotA math so I double checked and it was at 27% when usually it's at 14%. The odd thing (apart from the container) is that my fishing chance isn't affected by the cap which is probably why I didn't realise the bait recovery a lot lower than usual.
