[Fix Needs Testing 70255] Ringmaster's Vest and other taming artifacts can't use Pattern Remover

    Title: Cannot remove pattern from Ringmaster's Vest.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: Unable to remove a pattern from Ringmaster's Vest with a pattern remover.
    Steps to Reproduce: Place a patterned Ringmaster's Vest on crafting table with pattern remover. The option to "craft" won't show up. This is also the case with the Helm of the Bear Spirit, Gloves of Control, and Boots of the Energetic Tamer.
