[Fix Needs Testing 70296] Lord Macsen quest completed and not in journal, but he's blue again

    Title: Lord Macsen quest completed and not in journal, but he's blue on the map and has the blue aura again

    Details: noticed that my compass was gone today, checked the key bindings and brought it back up, and now my map which formerly had no colored quest markers now has several; the Lord Macsen one has been completed, and there are no dialogue options to progress.

    confirmed that asking Phineas for Poison has popped back up on the map too, but not in my journal.

    @Duursyrras , could you check something for me? When you say "hello" to Lord Macsen, what is his reply? This will give me a hint as to what he thinks your quest state is and will probably help me pinpoint the issue. Thanks!

    When you press J and open the Journal do you have the quest Find Documents in Longfall Woods or Give Document to Lord Macsen quest when you select Task(s) Active button?

    oops, missed that one, but no; none of the blue markers that reappeared after toggling my compass back on popped back up in the journal; it appears to just be these two markers related to the Macsen questline, and they're not in the journal:

    Please submit any erroneous blue map markers as bug reports. Each one should get its own report. Information that will be helpful includes the following:
    • Who or what is the blue map marker pointing to?
    • If you hover your house over the compass marker, what label does the marker have?
    • If the compass marker points to a NPC, what does the NPC say if you say "hello" and "help" to them?
