    Details: There is an inconsistency in the "Holiday Lights Blue 1-Pack" purchasable in the COTO Store.
    - The "Holiday Lights - Blue, 2m" and "Holiday Lights - Blue, 8m" items are stackable.
    - The "Holiday Lights - Blue, 4m" item is not stackable.
    This takes up additional slots in the Bank when stored there.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Purchase "Holiday Lights Blue 1-Pack" from the COTO Store.
    2) Open inventory. Note that the 4m variety cannot be stacked, while the 2m and 8m variety can be stacked.
