    Details: When first meeting her and you respond to her asking your name, she follows up with a double negative. Part of her response is, "The Minister of Coins isn't around to help with a valve issue, but he's not around."
    Steps to Reproduce: Introduce yourself to the Watersmith Annora Jenkins.

    I think the line that contained the double-negative was a one-off and can't be duplicated for testing by me at this point. I have no way to confirm the fix without a quest reset I believe.
