[Fix Needs Testing 71594] Castle Arena Basement Issues

    In four sections on the top floor of the castle arena basement one can not put deco on the wall.

    On the bottom floor, several rear rooms with gates are not flush with the scene and are halfway in the wall and halfway in the doorway.

    It is also the same on opposing side of the basement. So there is 8 rooms like that that are off set in that manor.
