[Fix Needs Testing 71675] Graff Island, Large Fountain

    As reported and fixed for several other wells (e.g. Brookside and Spite) the Large Fountain in Graff Island just outside the Graff Estate is still set to
    "Steal all" when trying to take water from it.

    Revisited the Graff Estate.

    The wishing well inside the Graff Estate and the fountain just outside the gate of the Graff Estate are both still set to "Steal all" when trying to get a bucket of water.
