[Fix Needs Testing 71882] Sneak Scene Access Hatch for Sneak Scene journal entry didn't clear

    Title: Access Hatch journal entry didn't clear
    Reproduction Rate: entered and exited a few times also zoned to overworld and went back in
    Blocker? don't think so
    Details: I had previously entered the sneak scene before it was completed. Went to Broochash and talked to inkeeper and got key. Outside the hatch was glowing. Went in and was able to clear a coule rooms. Got the banner and turned in 10 wooden coins. But I still have the journal entry for Access Hatch.

    This is odd. I went to kingslport and entered the sneak scene there and talked to the overseer and he congratulated me for finding my way back into the sneak scene. When I told him Key he said I managed to get one from somewhere and I got 10k xp But I do not have a key anymore. But now the journal entry cleared.

    Logged in on an alt. Went into sneak scene for the first time and talked to overseer. Got the quest for access the hatch. said Key and was told I had to find one somewhere. Talked to tavern keeper and had to pay 1 mandrake. When I talked to overseer again this time the access quest cleared. Tried sneak scene and got busted after opening second chest in first room. Now this character has a Mention Coins to overseer journal entry stuck.
