    Title: Can't move or take deco no my lots
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? yeah can't move or pick up anything
    Details: It started in a basement but once I come back to main lot it is happening there also
    Steps to Reproduce: Tried on two different computers and two different character accounts. Also restarted game on both PC's

    Alley, Asmodi and I found a problem with renaming a row deed where if the lot owner renames it defaults back to empty name when they leave zone.

    Rav was in zone and I went in and out of basement moving and taking and placing things OK. Renamed lot deed OK. Going to ask Asmodi to retry naming the one in Novia Market again when I see him on again.
