[Fixed 212317] Crafted Rectangle Shields Have 0 Block Chance

    1. Title: Rectangle Crafted Shields Have 0 Block Chance
    2. Reproducible? Yes
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: Prior to R89 (I saw this last release, not just this release), crafted rectangle shields had a base block chance of 8. When crafting a rectangle shield now/after R89, they have a 0 base block chance. The 8 block chance of the old shields was listed under the "Item Effects" section when expanding the stats on an item to see all of the different masterwork/enchants that are on an item. You can also see the difference between the new and old shields when you do a /stats command and then looking at the chat log.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Look at a rectangular shield crafted prior to R89 and one that is crafted now. Or just craft another type of shield, like a triangle shield, and look at the block difference. This bug only seems to effect rectangle shields, not other shields.
