[Fixed 67415] Shingle-Roof Two-Story w / Balcony (Village Home) stair glitch

    If you enter the Shingle-Roof Two-Story w / Balcony (Village Home) Player crafted home and you attempt to go to the upper level while running your character will get stuck on the lower stairs 99% of the time even with nothing at the bottom like a rug or anything under the stairs.

    Had this happen in 3 different towns and 2 places in one of the towns. Have packed house up and placed again. moved the Village lot and placed house again as well.

    confirmed, we tested this with a few people and the problem shows both with shorter avatars and with and with faster ones, i.e. a tall one who had no problem normally would be blocked with a fleet flute buff.
