    Details:Cannot place Arablla's cloak and the cloak does not auto orientate to the wall (refer pics)
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Try to place Arabella's cloak on wall
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8) System RAM: 16249
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M GPU RAM: 3029

    I verified This on my lot also, And its not working. The cloak behavior is not the same as the others. it also turn on itself.
