[Fixed 68562] Navmesh glitch in Greymark Forest

    Title: Navmesh glitch in Greymark Forest
    Reproduction Rate: 100% when an NPC encounters the spot
    Blocker? No
    Details: Navmesh seems to be "discontinuous" at this location. When an NPC tries walking/standing here they hop up and down.

    Steps to Reproduce: Wait for an NPC to try walking or standing through this spot - usually an elf, but I've seen wolves hitch here as well. They will "bounce" here.
