[Fixed 69166] Westend Map rotated by 90 degrees

    Details: @Ravalox Just a reminder about the Westend map. Discovered additional bug as well.

    The map is rotated 90 degrees to the players current location and destination locations including Bank, Tavern, Player owned lots, etc. Note: I believe the actual town facing is incorrect as the dock is on the North side of town which actually faces inland on Novia. So your map may technically be correct and the whole town needs to be rotated 90 degrees.

    Additionally, only 4 of my 5 lots are appearing as marked locations the first few times I loaded the map. My village lot, the 1st lot I claimed in town, was not marked but eventually appeared on the map after travelling to the lot and then closing and re-opening the map. How would I have ever found my way home. ;-P

    I exited town and re-entered and all 5 lots were on the map.

    I'll add these as wishlist items, but while your working on this bug issue these may be an easy add at this point.

    1) Mark the location of the town crier on the map.

    2) Since we have the ability to name lots, can you add those named lots to the map instead of stating "Your Lot" as well as the ability to see other players named lots on the map. Maybe at some point we'll have the ability to choose an icon for our named lots.

    Go to Westend.
    Open the map.
