[Fixed 69485] Cannot complete Return Amulet to Owner quest if finished Path of Courage

    Title: Cannot complete Return Amulet to Owner quest if you have finished the Path of Courage

    Details: If you receive the Return Amulet to Owner quest, and have finished the Path of Courage you cannot speak to Egill to turn the quest in, as his dialogue is locked. Could this one NPC not have his dialogue locked (like other various Surviors are)?
    Steps to Reproduce: Finish the Path of Courage. Speak to the Town crier in Valhold and receive the Return Amulet to Owner quest. Find Egill and try to speak to him, his dialogue is locked.
