[Fixed 69558] One of the open book decos cannot place on flat surface

    Title: Open Book Deco Placement Issue
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: The open book deco item "An Image of The Law of The Dead" (looted from The Crags) appears to only be place-able on the edge of table. If you attempt to place it on any round shape table it fails to find the edge and can only be placed on the floor. (see screenshots)
    Steps to Reproduce: Place book on round shape table.

    verified. i have mine placed on a coto. it doesn't care about the round shape and cannot generally be placed on the floor: it wants a lip to hang off of.
