[Fixed 69750] Broken Verdantis Mines spawn

    Details: In this area of the Verdantis Mines:

    There's typically an Elf Mage, Elf Archer and some Elf Fighters that spawn in this immediate area. I think the spawner for these might have broken? This seems to have changed when patch 1454 was released.
    Steps to Reproduce: Go to the area listed below, try to find a spawn of an Elf Mage, Elf Archer and some Elf Fighters in this immediate area.
