[Fixed 69803] Seems to be a bad outbreak of pinkeye among NPCs & magenta skin

    Title: Seems to be a bad outbreak of pinkeye among NPCs in Ardoris
    Reproduction Rate: a bunch of npcs in ardoris but not all
    Blocker? no
    Details: apparently the texture for the eyes of many of the ardoris NPCs is missing, giving them nasty cases of pink-eye.
    Steps to Reproduce: walk around Ardoris, look the NPCs in the eye. examples: Torin Silverfoot, Zangoff (weapons and armor merchant), Hunter, Johann Mortan (alchemist)
