[Fixed 70217] URLs are clickable from the LUA chat interface

    1. Title: URLs are clickable from the LUA chat interface
    2. Reproducible? 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: LUA scripts can insert URLs into their code which generates a clickable link in the LUA chat interface. On all other chat windows, URLs are not clickable for obvious reasons.
    5. Steps to Reproduce:
      Download a LUA script that uses this feature, such as OCX Tools (my favorite!)

      Load the LUA script in SotA

      Observe the clickable link for the documentation inserted into the LUA chat window interface
