[Fixed 70474] "Stop the Broken Echoes Foreman" in Broken Echoes Silver Mine

    Title: "Stop the Broken Echoes Foreman" quest phase starts without accepting quest, and is unable to complete.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: If you enter the Broken Echoes Silver Mine and speak to the Foreman, Teris, without the quest "Stop the Broken Echoes Foreman" given by Bemus in Jaanaford, the quest phase will begin. Two quest markers will appear on your compass: NPC - Broken Echoes Foreman, QuestPoint - Meet with Foreman. The "Broken Echoes Silver Mine" hover menu on the World Map, and the "Hold CRTL to Expand" Menu on the Teleport to Zone list will show "Quests Active". This quest will not be completable, because the Quest was not properly given and the task is not in your journal. - Workaround: speak to Bemus, accept quest, speak to Foreman again.
    Steps to Reproduce: Enter "Broken Echoes Silver Mine" speak to Teris the Foreman (without the quest from Bemus).

    [As Expected]The quest stage was not triggered by talking to Teris without the quest. [/As Expected] Talked to Bemus, received quest. Proceeded to mine. QuestMarker and NPC marker properly added, and read with appropriate text. Talked to Teris, quest advanced properly. Chose 1st response, "turn up heat" (bad response). Fight ensued. Quest updated to "Return to Foreman". Returned to Foreman. Foreman wanted me to "try again". Re-entered mine. Talked to Teris, chose 2nd response, "weak like human" (good response). Quest updated to "other gripes", spoke about "other gripes". Chose 1st reponse "dancing, candlelight" (bad response). Fight ensued. [NOTE] Quest did not update, may leave new players confused[/NOTE]. Quest remained "other gripes". Waited for Teris to respawn. Talked to Teris about "other gripes". Chose 2nd response, "dance equal fight" (good response). Quest updated "Return to Foreman". Returned to foreman. Quest completed as expected. Proper reward received.
