[Fixed 71736] unable to place dungeon totems in their slots

    Title: Unable to place totems in spawning rooms
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: I was rearranging totems in my dungeon and after removing them from their current pedestal I could not place a new totem in its place nor could I place the old one back. I tried both Kobold and Lich totems and both did the same. When trying to place the totem the deco internal and external objects placed icons flash like I can't place the item. I am nowhere near limits. I tried relogging and also toggling the dungeon to adventure mode and back.
    Steps to Reproduce: Try to place a totem in a spawner dungeon room. I don't believe its related to first removing one but I did remove a previous one first.

    I tried adding a new room in a different dungeon, this time the troll encounter and it had the same behavior (cant place a totem).
