    Title: Port Harmony: Past Tense on Quest Title (Unlocked)
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: Being given the second quest from the Minister of Defense in Port Harmony. He gives you a key to unlock a gate. The quest title reads, "Unlocked", instead of, "Unlock". This is in both the journal entry and the quest list on the left side of the screen. See screen shot.
    Steps to Reproduce: Get second quest from the MoD in PH.
