[Fixed 71839] Altruist Pilgrim does not give a card using Port Harmony keyword

    Title: World Encounter - Pilgrim does not accept Port Harmony
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: After completing a world encounter (like a Forest Road Encounter) and a Pilgrim spawns, he asks that you share the news with other Altruistic Monks. He now mentions that you can share the news in Port Harmony. But he does not let you agree to take it there like he does with all the other cities.

    Example for Port Harmony:

    Pilgrim: My companion and I are on a pilgrimage. We were attacked by beasts, and, sadly, my fellow pilgrim was killed. The other monk will be devastated by his death! Would you kindly assist me in sharing this horrible news with my fellow monks? It would be kind of you to assist me by informing an altruist monk about my companion in one of these cities: Solania, Brookside, Etceter, Brittany Fields, Bramble, Westend, Northwood, or even Port Harmony.

    Smegatron: Port Harmony

    Pilgrim: Port Harmony is the only colony of New Britannia in Mistrendur. One of our monks can often be found greeting people on the road just north of that city's inn.

    Example for Northwood:

    Pilgrim: I appreciate your compassion. Please give my late companion's prayer card to the altruist monk at the docks in Northwood, although, in truth, you could return the card to any altruist monk.

    You received an item (Prayer Card) from Pilgrim.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    Bugged path:
    1) Complete a world encounter.
    2) Get a Pilgrim to spawn.
    3) Talk with Pilgrim.
    4) Click "Companion".
    5) Click "Port Harmony".
    6) No further options are available. Pilgrim does not give you prayer card.

    Successful path:
    7) Talk with Pilgrim again.
    8) Click "Companion".
    9) Click any other city that he mentions.
    10) Pilgrim asks if you will share the news there.
    11) Accept.
    12) Pilgrim gives you prayer card.
