Details:
While the Atonal Aria song is active the debuff refreshes on target every 2 seconds, after the song is finished the debuff stays on the target and accumulates a negative timer, but does not do any damage.

Steps to Reproduce: Use the Atonal Aria skill, wait until the song is finished, observe debuff remains on the target.

Exactly as Griffler has stated above, and verified by myself as seen in pic below:
I noticed a notable "coincidence" (as shown in pic), that the number in the count-up anomaly is exactly equal to the low damage number. In this case, 59
