    Title: Atonal Aria only affecting one target(why do you need a target?)
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Atonal Aria has to be targeted and only affecting one target and you Must have a target to cast while Concussive Canticle affects multiples but also must have a target.. These are songs, how can a song be targeted and not AOE?
    Steps to Reproduce: Cast Atonal Aria with multiple targets in range, observe how many it affects

    [Fixed] Per testing - this appears to be fixed. I did not select a target, but targets had to be in range. Multiple targets appeared to be affected.
