[Fixed] Broken link on the POT Page

    At the top of this page is some text:

    New towns can only be placed in Mistrendur if utilizing an Episode 2 Overland Transfer Reservation Voucher, otherwise new towns will start in Novia or the Hidden Vale.

    The words: Episode 2 Overland Transfer Reservation Voucher is a hyperlink to a non-existent page.

    I updated the page. This was a requirement when the Mistrendur land rush was still in progress. We got rid of the vouchers for it, but missed removing the reference there.
