[Fixed] Buy link not clickable on Vertas merchants

    Title: Buy link not clickable on Vertas merchants

    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Blocker? (Yes/No/Partial) No

    Details: Approached this Vertas merchant wondering why all Vertas merchants look exactly the same (mages) and noticed that the buy link isn't present on this vendor.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    a. Go to Area: Area: Vertas (Novia_R8_City_Vertas) Loc: (-26.9, 30.2, -24.6)

    b. Interact with NPC Merchant named “Scovus”

    c. Observe: “Click buy to buy/sell from this NPC” is stated but there are no hyperlinked “buy” keywords on the screen.

    d. Further investigation shows that others have the same issue.

    User Specs:

    Ryzen 1600 w/Geforce 970, Windows 10, 16 GB RAM, SotA QA Win 64 Release 513.
