    Title: Can't enter the stairwell in my basement
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Yes
    Details: Went into my basement on QA to see if the patch for the not being able to deco issue was in ([Patch Pending] Cannot deco stairwells in my City Stone 3-Story Basement | Shroud of the Avatar Forum)
    Found that I now can't enter the stairwell at all ;)

    Steps to Reproduce: Go into the basement and try to go down the stairs to the second level
