[Fixed] Can't pick up decorations.

    1. Title: Can't pick up decorations.
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker: Yes.
    4. Details: Placed down a deco item and can't pick it up or any other item. I'll not I had this once prior to the patch, tried toggling deco mode and relogging (relog fixed it earlier).



    5. Steps to Reproduce: Place down a deco item and try and pick it up or move it.
    6. User Specs:

      OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
      CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz (4) System RAM: 16284
      GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GPU RAM: 6052
