    I combined 4 warlock chains and got a rare Waylands Loop. BUMMER :(

    I bet if you put in a support ticket, they will fix this for you -- or based on what I've seen before, they may parse the logs and give everyone the proper item automatically.

    Sorry to hear about those who tried to craft this recipe in the public release.
    @Bzus , I reported this on QA on on 8/21/19 - 5 business days prior to public release.
    Portalarium did not respond to the bug report, so they basically let the issue go into pubic release.
    This happens way too often, and it is just another reason that makes QA testing seem pointless.

    The first patch build is out and where is the fix? I hope all of us that got affected by this bug that was already reported in QA will be taken care off. @Chris . Thank you.

    Hm no fix and i lost 4 chains, realy poor things like that. if you read it's fixed and then you lost our stuff

    The QA issue aside, having a Dev personally show up in your house within an hour of reporting it to reimburse lost items is pretty special. If this had happened in a different mmo you'd likely be going back and forth for a week with customer service via some sort of ticket interface - so kudos for that.

    Since with this latest patch the Warlock recipe problem is taken care off, how are we going to get our lost chains? Do we have to submit a support ticket? Please advise. Thanks you @Chris

    Top Support. Atos give me the chain back and i try to upgrade and now i have a rare warlockchain. THX a lot great support.

    Still not fixed for me. I do not know about you all the "poor souls" @kaeshiva, @Bow Vale, @Xonn, @Sara Dreygon and others that lost 4 Warlock Chains, if @Chris restored them for you, but this "poor soul" did not get his restored yet as promised by @Chris. I even messaged him in game, no response, probably did not even noticed this "poor soul". Even thou I am in great despair I still have hopes that @Chris will make it right. Thank you.
