[Fixed] Explorer's Shovel can't be placed as a decoration item

    I do not know if this is a bug or if it is just possible a flag got missed on this item, but this item currently cannot be placed as decoration. I am assuming like all weapons this should be able to be placed as a decoration?

    In a Four-Story Obsidian Row Home, bottom floor, I placed several of the Deco shovel items just fine, when I took out the Explorer's Shovel I could find no near by area to place it. I could have missed something? But the deco shovels all placed just fine.

    Debug above has the location where I tried this. Any other info you might need?

    this has a deco prefab hooked up, it just needs placement flags set. @DavidDC will check them tomorrow
