[Fixed] Fancy kitchen sink cannot be packaged for trade

    Details: @Jack SinAssist tried packaging one of these today but was unable to - I tried also, and confirm it's not possible to package it yet.
    Steps to Reproduce: Right click the item in your inventory - no option to package it.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6800K CPU @ 3.40GHz (6) System RAM: 32679
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 GPU RAM: 8088
    SotA.QA.Win.64.972.Date.03.17.20
