[Fixed] Fishing is Broken ?

    Title: Fishing is Broken ?
    Reproduction Rate: 100

    Details: I can no longer drag the fishing Icon from the Skills Window to my non Combat Hotbar.
    Steps to Reproduce: Try dragging fishing icon from fishing tree to non-combat bar.
    User Specs:
    OS: Mac OS X 10.14.0
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7600K CPU @ 3.80GHz (4) System RAM: 65536
    GPU: AMD Radeon Pro 580 GPU RAM: 8192
    SotA.OSX.64.840.Date.09.28.18
    Area: PRT_forest_metropolis_01/Brekken Bay
    Area Display Name: Brekken Bay
    Loc: (-171.4, 36.0, -363.1)

    @Lord Trady of Blix, just a minor change to prepare for future fishing updates: drag the worms onto your bar instead.

    Thanks for letting me know. Unless you're a rabid forum person, there's no clue in the game why for 55 releases it works one way and now works another - it's not good IMO port.
