[Fixed] Horses cannot get past Central Brittany

    Title: Horses cannot get past Central Brittany
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: The collision around the Central Brittany town will not allow the player on a mount to go past it to the 2 side bridges.

    Steps to Reproduce: Stand near Britanny Graveyard. Mount a horse. Turn South. Try to access the 2 bridges near Central Brittany. You will be completely blocked.

    Let's see if this still occurs after the Overworld bridge fix is in (QA build is uploading now)

    The bridge fix wasn't related to the bridges themselves, but the mount's collision. This has been adjusted for the overworld, and may correct this issue too.
