[Fixed?} NPC in Kiln - head stuck in ceiling

Title: Wulfric Cole the Merchant head is stuck through the rafters of his stall
Reproduction Rate: I have left the scen and come back again, he is still stuck there, but in a slightly different angle
Blocker? No....But head in a block comes to mind
Details: As title says
Steps to Reproduce: Go to Kiln and examine Mr Cole
User Specs:
OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8) System RAM: 16326
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 GPU RAM: 4060
SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.413.Date.11.08.16
Area: Novia_R3_City_Kiln
Area Display Name: Kiln
Loc: (-1.3, 34.0, 3.7)

 

We're not seeing this issue as of latest client patch. Could you reverify once we release patch 415? Thank you.

 

@Attenwood Wulfric Cole is happy he's not hanging by his neck from his roof in patch 415....Bug Fixed!

 

@Attenwood, he's hanging again in 416.

 

I think we need to look deeper into the situation. Wulfric is obviously very unhappy. Change his work schedule to allow some time off, fix the holes to stop the leaks and i think you might find a happier Wulfric

The same bug occurs with the following merchants:
1) Manderley the Spice Merchant Area: Novia_R6_City_Jaanaford Loc: (-1.1, 33.9, 1.0)
2) Groceries Merchant Area: Novia_R9_City_Yew Loc: (-1.1, 34.0, 3.7)
3) Groceries Merchant Area: Novia_R6_City_Bramble Loc: (-1.4, 34.0, 1.7)

He's back to normal in 417....Everything looks ok for Mr Cole at the moment.

Oh sorry...i must be seing things from my end then....But to me after entering and leaving the scene twice now, he is as he should be.....

 

Hahaha....As i stood here looking at him from the other side...he walked back and forth then in front of my eyes....did it again...not fixed indeed....intermittent
