[Fixed] NPC Weapon merchant building has disappeared - Chateau du Lys PoT

4. Details:The Weapon merchant NPC building has disappeared. We only see the merchant. When i go in decoration mode, i can see the building is still in place. Some other guild members confirmed the issue.
   
5. Steps to Reproduce:Just enter Chateau du Lys PoT in Hidden Vale near Kingsport, go up the hill and go on your left. You will see an empty spot where the Weapon merchant NPC building is missing.
   
6. User Specs: N/A, this issue has been reproduced for many other people.

Please note that a similar issue has occured last month on release R38.

Please fix it asap It would be appreciated.
