[Fixed] Oracle is missing from Confirmatory

    1. Title: Oracle is missing from Confirmatory
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: The Oracle is missing from the Confirmaotry. No head appears and the tooltip where the head should be says "Oracle Confirmatory (NPC Building)"
    5. Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Go to an Oracle Confirmatory
      2. Enter and check out the insdie of the building
      3. The ORacle head is missing
    6. User Specs:Win64.522

    This should be fixed in 523, as I just checked. Please let us know if it continues and you can use /devbug at that spot. It gives us some new debug info that is quite handy for us and it auto fills out more info for you :)
