    Title: Port Harmony Cistern - Annora does not need my help, but she gave me a quest to help her?
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: I have just spoken to Annora in the cistern, and I told her I would help fix the problems in the cistern (effectively, I am on a quest to help her), but when I talk to her about help, she says she does not need help. Maybe she should have a separate response to help (such as "thank you for helping fix the cistern") until the cistern quest is complete?

    I believe I put in a fix yesterday that will solve this issue. I'm not sure when that fix will go live. If you ignore the "help" keyword and use "sabotage" only you should be able to progress through the entire quest.
