[Fixed] Rise Shaft to Rise Shaft with Spawns Conversion Recipe uses Blueprints not Rooms

    Title: Rise Shaft to Rise Shaft with Spawns Conversion Recipe used Blueprints not Rooms
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: All (?) other conversion recipes seem to take the completed non-spawning room and convert that to a spawned version, rather than converting the blueprint prior to building.
    Steps to Reproduce: Observe recipe "Stone Dungeon Room (The Rise Shaft) to spawned (The Rise Shaft w/Spawns)"

    This is fixed, I could convert the room directly from deco one to with spawn one today
