[Fixed]South switch in Owl's Head's main gate (to bank) not toggleable

1. Title: South switch in Owl's Head's main gate (to bank) not toggleable
2. Reproduction Rate:100% without relogging.
   
3. Blocker?N as long as you realize you can toggle the switch on the north side.
   
4. Details:I ran up to the gate and tried to activate the switch (loc 124.5, 86.1, 173.1) on the south side of the gate but my cursor won't turn green and it will not operate. I could, however, angle my view and activate the switch behind the gate (north side of the gate) so I could pass, but seems like a strange bug. I went back to the south side and when the gate closed, I still could not toggle the switch from the south side. I have not logged off and on to test further at this time. I even asked an avatar passing through to test it and he could not toggle that switch either (thanks,@ Robert Baratheon!)
   
5. Steps to Reproduce: Try to toggle switch on south side of gate when gate is closed.

was just that instance that was bugged. works fine after switching to friends.
