    Title: Teleporter to Compendium of Pain and Suffering nolonger placeable on lot

    Details: Item description says "Player-Owner Town and Basement Decoration" only and does not allow placement on lot.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Place Teleporter to Compendium of Pain and Suffering on a lot.
    2. Item does not visualize as 3D object

    What's the logic of making the Teleporter to Compendium of Pain and Suffering ONLY placeable in POTs and basements. It's really a pain to have to load into the town I live in, then load into my basement, just to load into the Compendium of Pain and Suffering via the teleporter.

    If I remember correctly, when it was first created, it wasn't POT placable.
    I guess someone got a memo saying "Change that to POT and Basement placeable", and did exactly that.

    Note: Happened likely between Build 1080 and Build 1082

    This has been fixed in code ... Issue# 66232 and should be on QA in the next integration build. (not yet live on QA)
