[Fixed] Torches/Braziers not lighting

    Title: Torches/Braziers not lighting
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no

    Details: wall rotches and brazier light sources are not working. Do not turn on at all
    Steps to Reproduce: Double click on wall torch. Character makes the animation to turn on/off, but light does not show up.
