Title: Unable to turn quest items to NPC

Details: I am unable to hand the Boundless Forest Rune Bag into the NPC requesting this item. NO items at all are listed in the quest turn-in window (See screenshot). You can see that I do NOT have my quest items hidden in my inventory (See second screenshot). I DO have the quest to give them one.
Steps to Reproduce: Acquire a Boundless Forest Rune Bag and attempt to turn one into the NPC requesting it. While having the quest to give them one.
