    Title:unable to use toolbars
    Reproduction Rate:
    Blocker?yes
    Details:unable to use toolbars with numbers or clicking them with the mouse, cant jump.
    apparenlty this is only in forced open mode (towns) any other player in your instance and it doesn't work

    @MorpheusMemnoch, that will be broken as long as anyone else is in the scene with you, until an emergency patch. you can still cast them in a solo instance.

    I'm experiencing the same issue here.

    Can't use the toolbar and get my character stuck if I talk to any NPC.
