fizzle chance oddity

    playing mostly all day , about an hour ago my fizzle chance on immolation went to 100%. i changed nothing that i am aware of . eeven with all of my equipment off it strill gives a 60.5 chance including the 35% equipment decrease.. again im naked

    that's not a 35% decrease, it's a 35% increase. it always is, for fire. you do have a decrease in that picture though, from stillness bonus. ...and i see you have embrace of air on. did you have enlightenment instead, before? you can't do both.
