Fizzle

    In previous releases, when my avatar would stop moving then my fizzle change would go down a bit. Is this no more?

    My avatar's fizzle rate still go down if I remain still.

    Mine does show a decrease last I checked... standing still, move a bit, it goes up.. are you still having this issue? About to log in and dbl check...

    It still goes down up to 5% I think for standing still
    Focus cost also drops I believe.

    Hmm... maybe it's just an issue with Air's Embrace.
