Flagging PvP while in group.

    Was in a group with a few people and I'm flagged as always.
    A member was able to attack me while in group and give her the pvp flag, even though no damage was done.

    1. Title: Pvp flaging while in group
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? no
    4. Details: See above
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Join group with a pvp flagged person, attack them, or use an aoe ability. It asks you if you want to flag.
    6. User Specs: See below.
    You shouldn't be able to attack your own party members. That I say is the bug.

    This how we've been flagging in dungeons.
    Heals are all over the place, but casting Root or any Arrow on a party member works like a dream.

    That is a bug. Per R29 instructions.

    Party members are protected from one another’s attacks even if both party members have open PvP enabled. This protection ends the moment the party is dissolved.
