Flexible Placement & Basements

    My question concerns what's stated in the title. Will the items in the "Flexible Placement" be allowed to be placed in basements?

    I'm assuming anything that can be placed indoors will be able to be placed in basements. Depending on the height of the garden shed and other structures, they may be restricted to the exterior of your housing lot.

    Yeah, I am crossing my fingers for the flexible placement items to be allowed in the interior.
