Flickering of Torches (On walls) WAY TOO OVERPOWERED

I have four wall-mounted torches in my Pavilion, and the Flickering effect has been made so strong that the entire end of the building now seems to be filled with Strobe Lights flashing off/on. If done in conjunction with the dynamic lighting work, this needs to be adjusted please.
