Floor/bridge breaking sound can be heard all across scene

    Title: Floor/bridge breaking sound can be heard all across scene
    Reproduction Rate: easy, and this is a really old bug
    Details: When a weak floor or bridge section breaks, a sound sort of like sawing wood is played. However, this sound can be heard anywhere else in the zone. (I think that means it has no location associated with it or something?) This is not just in Highvale Outskirts, but that is the prime offender, plus I can't imagine how many noobs it confuses.
    Steps to Reproduce: Stand with one character at a far end of the the zone (the south entrance is good), and with another character in the tower of the chapel building. Second character walks around the floor a few times until the floor breaks. First character can hear the sound.
